FAttY SPiNS was a comedy rap group led by Ray William Johnson, Micfri, and Breeze. It was founded on May 16, 2009.[1]

In February 2010, Fatty Spins disbanded due to disagreements over royalties.[2] Ray gave up his share of royalties and forcefully took over the YouTube channel, along with uploading all the songs to zSHARE[3], later SoundCloud[4], for free download. In protest, Micfri created a new channel for Fatty Spins and put the songs up on iTunes and other platforms.[5] However, no new songs would be made.

In late 2021, Micfri started selling GIFs of the Doin' Your Mom music video as NFTs. Ray has since labeled Micfri a music pirate, and has since completely removed all mentions of him from the original YouTube channel.
